How does credit-based pricing work?
You top up a wallet with credits at ₹12 each and every call draws them down by the minute, prorated to the second. There are no per-seat fees — the whole team shares one balance. Credits never expire.
What does one credit buy?
One minute of talk time on Vox Premium. Vox Lite is far cheaper at 0.04 credits per minute — ideal for high-volume campaigns. Phone calls add a small telephony surcharge of 0.10 credits per minute; browser calls do not. Your live balance and each call’s itemized cost are always visible in the dashboard.
Is there a minimum charge per call?
Answered calls have a small minimum — ₹4 for web calls and ₹5 for phone calls — so very short calls are billed fairly. Calls that never connect (busy, no answer) cost nothing.
Do I need my own phone number?
You can test callers in the browser for free. For real phone calls, bring your own phone number — calls go out on your line.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
