Phone calls (inbound & outbound) add 0.10 credits/min for telephony — the phone rate on each card already includes it. Browser/web calls have no surcharge.
Answered calls have a small per-call minimum: ₹4 for web calls, ₹5 for phone calls (about 0.33 and 0.42 credits at ₹12/credit). A short call costs the minimum, not the per-minute rate — on current rates the minimum covers roughly the first 50 seconds. Calls that never connect cost nothing.

What does one credit buy?
One minute of talk time on Vox Premium. Vox Lite is cheaper at 0.45 credits / min — good for high-volume campaigns. Phone calls add a telephony surcharge of 0.10 credits per minute; browser calls do not. Answered calls have a small per-call minimum, so a very short call costs the minimum rather than the per-minute rate. Your live balance and each call’s itemized cost are always visible in the dashboard.
